• Shipping & Delivery is at buyer's risk.

• We send the products through UPS, DHL, FeDex or USPS, after payment is received and confirmed. If payment is made by deposit or wire transfer, must complete the following form of payment confirmation.

• Orders where payments are made and confirmed after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.

• There will be no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

• We do not ship COD: The buyer must include the cost of shipping when making payment for the product.

• The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of confirming the purchase.

• Generally, shipments take 2-3 working days to reach your destination. However, ElectroMundo of America LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping company.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes nor public places. For your security and ours, we will require the signature of the buyer (or a representative with a signed copy of their ID) to deliver the package sent.

• The tracking number that corresponds to the dispatch should be requested only by the purchaser and will be provided via email to make tracking your shipment.
