Returns and Replacements

There are two cases for which a product can be returned:

a) When the product does not correspond to that ordered.

b) The delivered product is defective in manufacturing or is broken.

In such cases, the buyer may return the product, taking into account the following policies:

• Refunds are only possible with tangible products. Digital downloads can not be returned.

• The duration of the waranty of each items are listed on the invoice and starts from the date of issuance of it.

• Customer must present the invoice and the original serial of each defective good.

• Customer must return the original packaging (antistatic bags, boxes) together with defective goods.

• Any warranty label or serial number removed by the customer irrevocably cancels the warranty of the goods.

• The cost of shipping related to a warranty claim will be paid by the customer.

• The damage caused by inexperience, poor management, changes in voltage on the grid, causing a short circuit accident or immediate cancellation of the guarantee. Any physical damage, however small it may seem, just be perceptible void the warranty.

• The warranty does not cover accessories.

• The security of the goods will be covered, not make us responsible for the time you can make to the supplier or manufacturer for repair or replacement thereof.

• The goods that fail to guarantee the conditions described above will be immediately rejected.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise released by order of the customer, a transmission line or entrusts determined. Runs at the risk of the Client.

• At the time of purchase, the customer is understood and accepted that the invoice is the document that governs the commercial relationship that emerges from the purchase.
