Customer may return any new product purchased from ElectroMundo.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The cost of shipping related to a warranty claim will be paid by the customer.

ElectroMundo.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

If customer receives a product that does not correspond to the order, the claim must be made within 4 working days of delivery. The item must be returned in the state that they were received, in their original packaging accompanied by the bill, and ElectroMundo.com will exchange the product and reimburse shipping costs.

Warranty, if applicable, is provided by manufacturer or by ElectroMundo.com. Length of warranty varies by item.

All returns must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and explanation of reason for return. To return an item buyer must receive a prior return authorization from ElectroMundo.com by e-mailing to sales.usa@electromundo.com

Customer must return the original packaging (antistatic bags, boxes) together with defective goods.

Used and Refurbished will be tested before delivery to ensure its working condition, and are sold 'As Is' without warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product's detail page.

Any warranty label or serial number removed by the customer irrevocably cancels the warranty of the product.

Refunds are only possible with tangible products. Digital downloads can not be returned.

The goods that fail to meet the conditions described above will be immediately rejected.
